About me

I have spent 20+ years working at the intersection of executive support, communications and change — at AstraZeneca, Volvo, P&G, Deloitte and IKEA. Over time I have developed a way of working that goes beyond the task at hand — understanding where the organisation is going and making sure the right things actually happen.

I ask a lot of questions at the start. That’s deliberate. The clearer I am on your priorities, your stakeholders and what success looks like, the less you need to explain later. You stay focused on what matters. I handle the rest.
